Exchange Policy

At ROXY DISC HOUSE, we do hope that every transaction is a satisfactory one. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, you’ll be pleased to know that we allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis and subjected to item availability.

All exchanges are to be done so within 30 working days upon receipt of items bought from ROXY DISC HOUSE. Please read details below carefully.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item & items will be returned.

ROXY DISC HOUSE is not liable for any manufacturers’ defects. We will gladly exchange defective items when returned and accompanied by the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for return. Please request for a RMA# via the contact form under the “Returns” tab.

ROXY DISC HOUSE  will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an error in product fulfillment.

Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. ROXY DISC HOUSE is not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.

All refunds if applicable will be applied to the credit card used for your original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return.

Return Procedure

All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The products must be sealed and not opened.

Please indicate RETURN in the subject field and include the following information:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Title(s) requested for return
  • Reason(s) for the return (damaged, defective or not desired)
  • Whether you require replacement or refund
  • Your RMA# and return instructions will be emailed back to you.

All returns must be received within the allotted time frame (30 days from date of issuance). Items received after this date will be refused.

In any case that we had delivered the wrong items or defective items, the return postage will be borne by our company.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-exchangeable/ returnable.

International Customers

For international customers (outside of Singapore & SE ASIA. ), we currently do not accept exchanges or refunds on items bought from our online store. However, you may be assured your items will be checked thoroughly before mailing them out to you. Should there be any discrepancy,we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
