Overview
The AT-SP3X speaker has a sound quality design optimized for Audio-Technica’s analog
products, such as phono cartridges and turntables. The signal picked up by the cartridge is
faithfully reproduced as direct output sound. It also supports Bluetooth® connectivity. This
allows you to enjoy the sound of vinyl wirelessly without worrying about having to wire the
turntable and speakers together. The device is also multipoint compatible, so you can use
your smartphone after listening to music on a turntable without having to re-pair. Since its

Specially tuned to deliver rich, full-range audio
3′′ (76 mm) woofer and 1.1′′ (27 mm) tweeter are combined in an acoustically designed
enclosure, and the sound quality is then specially tuned by using the built-in DSP. This
delivers a flat, clear, and well-balanced sound. It can faithfully reproduce the sound of vinyl,
especially when used with an Audio-Technica turntable. Since it can be connected via
Bluetooth, you can also enjoy superior sound from your smartphone or tablet.
Impressive sound from compact bookshelf speakers
Despite its compact size of just 125 mm (4.9′′) wide × 200 mm (7.9′′) high × 136 mm (5.4′′)
deep, it delivers a maximum output power of 30 W.
Tweeter grille helps produce well-balanced sound
A tweeter grille empowers the sound in the frequency band with strong directionality. The
acoustic effect is enhanced to provide well-balanced sound for the entire room.

Bass reflex ducts for high-impact bass
A bass reflex duct on the rear side of the speaker is designed with the optimum dimensions
for the enclosure. This duct produces high-impact bass regardless from any playback source,
such as a turntable or smartphone.
Robust MDF material used for the enclosure
To suppress unwanted vibrations from the speakers themselves, the enclosure material is
made of robust medium density fiberboard (MDF) material.
